Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups whole cashews
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup, (light)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs butter, (cut into pieces)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt, (grind using a grinder, if needed)
  • 1/2 bag (5 oz) 10 oz pkg chocolate melting wafers, (I used Ghirardelli®)

Instruction

  • Spray a baking sheet with a non stick spray, set aside.
