Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups whole cashews
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup, (light)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs butter, (cut into pieces)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt, (grind using a grinder, if needed)
- 1/2 bag (5 oz) 10 oz pkg chocolate melting wafers, (I used Ghirardelli®)
Instruction
- Spray a baking sheet with a non stick spray, set aside.
