  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint strawberries, quartered
  • 14 oz. can coconut milk, cooled in the refrigerator for 24 hours
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • fresh mint for garnish
