Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 100 g (3/4 cup) mixed frozen berries (I use a mix of blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and redcurrants)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder or cacao
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk of your choice (I use oat milk)

Instruction

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
