Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the egg, milk, and syrup and mix to combine. Add the dry ingredients and stir to form a batter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Grease two microwave-safe mugs and add half the batter into each mug.
  • Microwave for 60 seconds, check and if it's still a little soggy, add 15 - 20 more seconds.
  • Enjoy in the mug or turn them out onto a plate and serve them like a mini cake!
