Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 medium banana
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup quinoa flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instruction
- Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the egg, milk, and syrup and mix to combine. Add the dry ingredients and stir to form a batter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Grease two microwave-safe mugs and add half the batter into each mug.
- Microwave for 60 seconds, check and if it's still a little soggy, add 15 - 20 more seconds.
- Enjoy in the mug or turn them out onto a plate and serve them like a mini cake!
