Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks, room temperature)
 - 1 3/4 cups sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 1/4 cups mashed bananas (about 2-3 very ripe bananas)
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - 2 cups flour
 - 3/4 cup cocoa
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
 - 3/4 cup sour milk (put 1 tbsp. of vinegar in 3/4 measuring cup, fill remaining with milk up to 3/4 mark)
 - 3/4 cup butter
 - 1/2 cup milk or half & half
 - 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
 - 1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar (about 5 1/4 cups)
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
 
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 - Add butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl and cream together until light and fluffy.
 - Add eggs and beat again.
 - Mix in banana and vanilla.
 - In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
 - Add flour mixture to butter mixture in 3 parts, alternately with sour milk. Begin and end with flour.
 - Spread in a lightly greased 9"x13" baking dish
 - Bake in oven about 33-40 minutes, until cooked through and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
