Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ((can substitute any type of milk))
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 pitted Medjool date (can add more for a sweeter smoothie)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (if banana is not frozen)
- 1 tablespoon Optional: ground flaxseed or chia seeds
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
