Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ((can substitute any type of milk))
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 pitted Medjool date (can add more for a sweeter smoothie)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (if banana is not frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon Optional: ground flaxseed or chia seeds

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
