Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large Haas avocados (or 4 small ones, peeled, pitted and quartered)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup raw honey
- ⅓ cup cashew milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Instruction
- Put all of the ingredients into your blender.
- Blend until everything is very smooth and creamy. You may need to blend, scrape the edges, then blend again. Keep repeating until you get the right consistency.
- Transfer your chocolate avocado mousse to a glass container and refrigerate for at least one hour, or until chilled. Once cold, serve this easy avocado dessert in a small bowl as a simple dessert or snack.
