Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large Haas avocados (or 4 small ones, peeled, pitted and quartered)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • ⅓ cup cashew milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instruction

  • Put all of the ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend until everything is very smooth and creamy. You may need to blend, scrape the edges, then blend again. Keep repeating until you get the right consistency.
  • Transfer your chocolate avocado mousse to a glass container and refrigerate for at least one hour, or until chilled. Once cold, serve this easy avocado dessert in a small bowl as a simple dessert or snack.
