Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup apricots (finely diced)
- 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbs cup sunflower seeds
- 2 bananas (ripe, smashed)
- 1 tbs honey (*optional)
- 1 large egg (beaten well)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Lightly grease a slice tin.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Press mixture into the tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let bars cool in the tin. Once cool, take out of the tin and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
