Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup apricots (finely diced)
  • 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbs cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 bananas (ripe, smashed)
  • 1 tbs honey (*optional)
  • 1 large egg (beaten well)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Lightly grease a slice tin.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Press mixture into the tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let bars cool in the tin. Once cool, take out of the tin and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
