Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup fresh picked chive blossoms
  • 1 cup white vinegar

Instruction

  • Soak blossoms in water to remove any dirt and small insects.
  • Spin dry in a salad spinner
  • Put blossoms into a glass jar
  • Pour vinegar over top
  • Put lid on or cover jar
  • Let sit for 1-2 weeks
  • When ready to use, strain off blossoms and use vinegar in any place you would normally use any type of vinegar.
