The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup fresh picked chive blossoms
- 1 cup white vinegar
Instruction
- Soak blossoms in water to remove any dirt and small insects.
- Spin dry in a salad spinner
- Put blossoms into a glass jar
- Pour vinegar over top
- Put lid on or cover jar
- Let sit for 1-2 weeks
- When ready to use, strain off blossoms and use vinegar in any place you would normally use any type of vinegar.
