Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 in chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (depending on taste)
  • 1 pinch granulated sugar
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • paprika (for garnish)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor then purée until completely smooth. Make sure there are no lumps of garlic or bits of chipotle chili remaining. Garnish with a dash of paprika if desired.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to meld flavors. Sauce will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
