Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2-3 in chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (depending on taste)
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- paprika (for garnish)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor then purée until completely smooth. Make sure there are no lumps of garlic or bits of chipotle chili remaining. Garnish with a dash of paprika if desired.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to meld flavors. Sauce will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
