Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 tablespoons buttery spread ((I used Brummel and Brown))
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 chipotle pepper from a can ((finely chopped))
- 3 teaspoons sauce from can of chipotle peppers
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups broccoli florets
Instruction
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Combine all ingredients except the broccoli and mix well.
- Place the broccoli in a large bowl.
- Pour chipotle lime sauce in bowl and toss to coat broccoli.
- Place broccoli on the grilling pan, place on the grill and close the lid, and cook for about 8 minutes, until tender crisp.
