Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup honey
  • 6 ounce can tomato paste
  • ⅓ to ½ cup apple cider vinegar, (more or less to taste)
  • 1 or 2 chipotle chili peppers in adobo sauce ((if you're not into spicy hot foods, start with one))
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper ((optional))
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 6 jalapeño peppers, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 2 limes cut into wedges, (for serving)
  • 8 skewers for grilling
