Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup honey
- 6 ounce can tomato paste
- ⅓ to ½ cup apple cider vinegar, (more or less to taste)
- 1 or 2 chipotle chili peppers in adobo sauce ((if you're not into spicy hot foods, start with one))
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 1 clove garlic, (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper ((optional))
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
- 6 jalapeño peppers, sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 limes cut into wedges, (for serving)
- 8 skewers for grilling
