Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounces almonds
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (* fresh squeezed, more if desired)
  • zest from 1 lime

Instruction

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the almonds and chipotle chili powder and stir constantly until evenly coated and toasted, about 2-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the lime juice. Transfer to a plate to cool.
  • Once cooled, mix in the lime zest.
