The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 8 ounces almonds
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (* fresh squeezed, more if desired)
- zest from 1 lime
Instruction
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the almonds and chipotle chili powder and stir constantly until evenly coated and toasted, about 2-4 minutes.
- Stir in the lime juice. Transfer to a plate to cool.
- Once cooled, mix in the lime zest.
