Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 200 g tortilla Chips
- 2 portion Chipotle Black Bean Stew
- 200 g salsa
- 100 g cheese of your choice ((one that melts well))
- Jalapeños (to suit your level of spiciness)
- 1 Avocado (mashed)
- 100 g Creme fraiche
Instruction
- Lay the tortilla chips on the baking tray and top with the salsa and then 3/4 of the cheese.
- Spoon the Chipotle Black Bean Stew over the tortillas and the rest of the cheese.
- Put in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Top with mashed avocado, creme fraiche and jalapenoes.
