Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- optional: 1 small jalapeno if you like things extra spicy
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a food processor (including jalapeno if using).
- Blend until smooth (about 3 mins).
- Serve with veggies, crackers, pita or desired side.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
