Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 15 oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • optional: 1 small jalapeno if you like things extra spicy

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor (including jalapeno if using).
  • Blend until smooth (about 3 mins).
  • Serve with veggies, crackers, pita or desired side.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
