Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chipotle powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instruction
- Add the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. If there are pebble sized pieces of brown sugar or spice, rub them between. your clean fingers to break apart, and blend so that you have a fine powder.
- Transfer to a air tight container. Chipotle BBQ Rub will keep for up to two months. To keep fresher longer, freeze the spice rub.
