Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Ingredients for pork:
  • 1 pound ground pork (about 500g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup pickled cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon juice from pickled cucumber
  • 2 teaspoon of rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon corn starch
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • Other ingredients:
  • Chicken or beef stock
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions to garnish.

Instruction

  • Mix all the pork ingredients together and scoop the meatloaf into each ramekin and put them inside the fryer basket.
  • Fill the stock up to almost to the rim of the ramekins as the fluid may dry up during the air frying process. Put a sheet of aluminum foil over the ramekins and place a steamer rack on top. Air fry at 360F (170C) for about 15-18 minutes until the meat temperature exceeds 160F (72C).
  • Sprinkle some green onion on top to serve.
