Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Ingredients for pork:
- 1 pound ground pork (about 500g)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup pickled cucumber (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoon juice from pickled cucumber
- 2 teaspoon of rice wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon corn starch
- White pepper powder to taste
- Other ingredients:
- Chicken or beef stock
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions to garnish.
Instruction
- Mix all the pork ingredients together and scoop the meatloaf into each ramekin and put them inside the fryer basket.
- Fill the stock up to almost to the rim of the ramekins as the fluid may dry up during the air frying process. Put a sheet of aluminum foil over the ramekins and place a steamer rack on top. Air fry at 360F (170C) for about 15-18 minutes until the meat temperature exceeds 160F (72C).
- Sprinkle some green onion on top to serve.
