Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Large zucchini, (sliced into half moons)
- 4 tsp Unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Reduced sodium soy sauce ((or coconut aminos))
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic chili paste
- 1/4 tsp Sesame oil
Instruction
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Add in the zucchini and cook until they begin to soften and brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add in the vinegar and cook until it evaporates, about 1 minute. Add in all the other ingredients, except sesame oil, and cook until thickened, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil.
- Season with salt, to taste and DEVOUR!
