Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Large zucchini, (sliced into half moons)
  • 4 tsp Unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Reduced sodium soy sauce ((or coconut aminos))
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic chili paste
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame oil

Instruction

  • Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Add in the zucchini and cook until they begin to soften and brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Add in the vinegar and cook until it evaporates, about 1 minute. Add in all the other ingredients, except sesame oil, and cook until thickened, about 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil.
  • Season with salt, to taste and DEVOUR!
