Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 cups Basmati rice
 - 1 onion (sliced)
 - 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
 - 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
 - 2 Tbsps sesame oil
 - 3.333 cups Pork (chopped)
 - 8 cups baby Bok Choy (cut into strips)
 - 2 cups Bean sprout
 - soy sauce
 - Oyster sauce
 
Instruction
- Cook the rice in salted, boiling water according to the directions on the packet.
 - Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in hot oil. Add the meat and fry for 1-2 minutes.
 - Add the bok choy and the bean sprouts, fry for a further 2-3 minutes and season well with soy sauce, oyster sauce and ground black pepper. Steep for a few minutes and then serve with the rice.
