Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 cups Basmati rice
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 Tbsps sesame oil
  • 3.333 cups Pork (chopped)
  • 8 cups baby Bok Choy (cut into strips)
  • 2 cups Bean sprout
  • soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce

Instruction

  • Cook the rice in salted, boiling water according to the directions on the packet.
  • Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in hot oil. Add the meat and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the bok choy and the bean sprouts, fry for a further 2-3 minutes and season well with soy sauce, oyster sauce and ground black pepper. Steep for a few minutes and then serve with the rice.
