Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander ( , around 150g)
  • 1/4 middle size red onion ( , shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese red oil
  • 1 garlic clove ( , mashed)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon black vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar ( , optional)
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • pinch of salt if needed

Instruction

  • Wash coriander cut into small sections.
  • Place coriander with shredded red onion in a salad bowl.
  • Add all the seasonings in and mix well. Wait for several minutes and top with some red oil for decoration before serving.
