The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley (30g (about 1/2 bunch, or a little more to taste))
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano ((or 1 tbsp fresh))
  • 1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (60ml, or a little more as needed)
  • 3/4 lb flank steak (340g, or skirt steak (a bit more is fine))
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
