- 3-4 garlic cloves, (peeled)
- 1-2 small red chilies, (seeded (OR sub ½-1 tsp red pepper flakes))
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup packed flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup packed cilantro ((may sub flat-leaf parsley))
- 2 tablespoon fresh oregano or 2 tsp dried
- 1/2 cup olive oil
