The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- Green chilli paste 2 tsp
 - Fresh coriander leaves paste 2 tbsp
 - Soya chunks paste 2 tbsp
 - Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
 - Garlic paste 2 tsp
 - Dried mango powder 1 tsp
 - Oil 2 tbsp
 - Salt
 
Instruction
- Wash the sweet gourd.
 - Scoop the inside tender seeds
 - Only flesh is there, appearing the hollow.
 - Now cook the filling. Heat a frying pan add oil, soya paste, chilli paste, fresh coriander leaves paste, garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, dried mango powder and salt. Stir until becomes non sticky.
 - Fill the sweet gourd with cooked chilli and shallow fry.
 - See the dissection of the chilli sweet gourd. Make a bed of cooked chilli in a serving plate and place stuffed sweet gourd.
