Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 400ml (14fl oz) Greek yoghurt
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 5ml (1 tbsp) ground paprika
  • 1 small fresh red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 5ml (1 tbsp) caster sugar

Instruction

  • Combine all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately although it can keep in the fridge for 3 days.
