Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Cucumber (halved lengthways, deseeded and diced)
- 2 sprigs mint (leaves removed, some set aside to garnish)
- 0.25 cup Crème fraiche
- 1 handful Ice
- 0.375 cup milk
- lemon juice
- Horseradish
Instruction
- Puree together the cucumber, mint leaves, crème fraîche and the ice cubes.
- Add the milk (or water if preferred) until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Season with salt, lemon juice, horseradish and ground black pepper.
- Transfer to glasses and serve garnished with mint.
