Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Cucumber (halved lengthways, deseeded and diced)
  • 2 sprigs mint (leaves removed, some set aside to garnish)
  • 0.25 cup Crème fraiche
  • 1 handful Ice
  • 0.375 cup milk
  • lemon juice
  • Horseradish

Instruction

  • Puree together the cucumber, mint leaves, crème fraîche and the ice cubes.
  • Add the milk (or water if preferred) until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Season with salt, lemon juice, horseradish and ground black pepper.
  • Transfer to glasses and serve garnished with mint.
