Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Ingredients for chicken:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Ingredients for avocado:
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 3 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Mix all the dry ingredients for the chicken and set aside.
- Line the fryer basket with aluminum foil in the fryer basket and place a metal steamer rack on top.
- Pat dry chicken thighs with a paper towel and put them on the steamer rack. Brush the melted butter onto the thighs then generously sprinkle the dry ingredients all over the chicken. Air fry at 360F (180C) for about 12-15 minutes until the temperature exceeds 165F (74C).
- In the meantime, combine all the ingredients for avocado.
- When the chicken is done, scoop the avocado mixture over the chicken to serve.
