Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Boiled Pasta : 3 Cups
- Green Bell Pepper : 2 (Cut into very small cubes)
- Red Bell Pepper : 1 (Cut into very small cubes)
- Orange Bell Pepper : 1 (Cut into very small cubes)
- Onion : 1 (chopped)
- Green Chillies : 2 (finely chopped)
- Red Chili Sauce : 3/4 tbsp (increase the quantity, if you want more spicy)
- Soy Sauce : 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Ginger & Garlic Paste : 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar : 1 tbsp
- Sugar : 2 pinch
- Olive Oil : 1 tbsp
Instruction
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add chopped onions. Saute until it become translucent.
- Now add ginger & garlic paste, cubed bell peppers and mix well. Saute it for 6-8 minutes.
- Add green chillies, red chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar and 1-2 tbsp water. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Once it is done, add boiled pasta. Mix it and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
