The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-2 pounds flank steak

Instruction

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the spices, lime juice, and olive oil. Rub mixture deep into both sides of the skirt steak.
  • Set seasoned steak on a plate and let rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.
  • After ten minutes, place the skirt steak on hot grill or pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach desired wellness.
