Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs (5 to 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and red pepper.
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with chili sauce mixture. Continue turning chicken and brushing with sauce 8 to 10 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (180°F).
