Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ounce Brie cheese
- 3/4 cup Divina Chili Fig Spread
- Moracona almonds with rosemary
- Salami
- 2 kinds crackers
- Fresh apricots
- Cherries
- Fresh basil
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place brie round on an ovenproof serving dish.
- Slice the top of the brie round off, cutting inward to make a bowl. Remove the “lid.”
- Fill the bowl with the chili fig spread. Place the lid on top, pushing down. (It’s okay if a little bit falls to the side).
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese inside the rind is melted and bubbly.
- Remove to a plate and place in the center of a large board.
- Fill in open areas with crackers, salami slices, crackers, fresh apricots and cherry.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
