Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour (heaping)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pound American cheese (cubed)
- 2 cups chili (or one 15 ounce can)
Instruction
- Melt butter in a medium sized pot over medium heat. Add flour and whisk for one minute.
- Slowly pour in milk and whisk until there are no clumps. Bring to a quick boil and then lower heat to a simmer, stirring until milk has thickened to your liking.
- Turn heat to low, and whisk in cheese until completely melted.
- Add chili, stir to combine completely and heat through completely.
