Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 ears corn
- 4 tbsp butter or ghee
- sprinkle chile lime seasoning
- sprinkle sea salt
Instruction
- Preheat the grill to 500F.
- Shuck the corn (remove the husk) and rinse, then dry the ears of corn.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter all over each ear of corn.
- Sprinkle with chile lime seasoning and salt
- Wrap each ear of corn in heavy duty aluminum foil.
- Place corn in foil on grill and cook for 25 minutes, turning every 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from grill and carefully unwrap the foil using something to protect your hands like a hot pad. Let cool for about 10 minutes, then add corn holders to each side and dig in!
