Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 ears corn
  • 4 tbsp butter or ghee
  • sprinkle chile lime seasoning
  • sprinkle sea salt

Instruction

  • Preheat the grill to 500F.  
  • Shuck the corn (remove the husk) and rinse, then dry the ears of corn. 
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of butter all over each ear of corn.
  • Sprinkle with chile lime seasoning and salt
  • Wrap each ear of corn in heavy duty aluminum foil.  
  • Place corn in foil on grill and cook for 25 minutes, turning every 5-10 minutes.  
  • Remove from grill and carefully unwrap the foil using something to protect your hands like a hot pad. Let cool for about 10 minutes, then add corn holders to each side and dig in!
