Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 28 oz red enchilada sauce ((divided))
- 7 oz diced green chiles
- 1 tsp beef bouillon
- 1 cup refried beans
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instruction
- Add the stew meat, about 2.5 cups of enchilada sauce, green chiles, and beef bouillon to the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid and let it cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- Shred the meat slightly after it's done cooking.
