Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 30 cocktail sausages (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbs American style mild yellow mustard
Instruction
- Start by pre-heating the oven to 200°C (Gas mark 6/400°F).
- Lightly oil a small roasting tin or baking tray then add the sausages.
- Roast the sausages in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through and brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. Measure the maple syrup and mustard into a small bowl and whisk together until well combined.
- Once cooked, remove the sausages from the oven and drain all the fat from the roasting tin.
- Pour the maple mustard glaze over the sausages.
- Toss to completely coat the sausages, then return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Toss again, then serve immediately.
