Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/4 jar tomato sauce (about 6 ounces)
- 2 spicy pork meatballs
- broken up (or any leftover meat or veggies you have lying around)
- 3 eggs
- 2 handfuls broken tortilla chips
- Sour cream
- Salsa
- Hot sauce
- Cilantro
Instruction
- Heat the sauce in 10-inch nonstick sauté pan over a medium-high flame
- Add the eggs, meat and chips to the pan and cook, stirring constantly until the eggs set, about 3 minutes
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with sour cream, salsa, hot sauce and cilantro
