Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 2 1/4 cup self-raising flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 6 egg separated
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Sift together flour, salt and sugar. Place into a bowl and make a well in centre.
- Add oil, yolks, juice and water. Beat until smooth.
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks are formed. Gradually add extra sugar and beat until stiff.
- Fold beaten egg whites into batter.
- Place in greased pan and bake for 55 minutes or until done.
