Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup chickpeas/garbanzo beans ((cooked and drained))
- 1 cup mini sweet peppers ((thinly sliced))
- 1 cup red onion ((coarsely chopped))
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup radish ((finely sliced))
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp kala namak/black salt
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 1 tbsp scallions or chives
Instruction
- Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled. It can be served as the main course or as a side dish.
