Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup chickpea boiled
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 medium cucumber finely chopped (deseeded)
- 1 boiled potato cut in pieces
- Few coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1.5 tbsp chaat masala
- Salt
- 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
- Amul cheese cut in small pieces (optional)
Instruction
- Soak the chickpeas overnight.
- Drain and wash the soaked chickpeas. Add fresh water and salt and pressure cook the chickpeas for 3-4 whistles till they are soft. Cool completely.
- In a bowl add the chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, potatoes, coriander leaves, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt. Mix everything well. At last add cheese if you like. Serve!!
