Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup chickpea boiled
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber finely chopped (deseeded)
  • 1 boiled potato cut in pieces
  • Few coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp chaat masala
  • Salt
  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
  • Amul cheese cut in small pieces (optional)

Instruction

  • Soak the chickpeas overnight.
  • Drain and wash the soaked chickpeas. Add fresh water and salt and pressure cook the chickpeas for 3-4 whistles till they are soft. Cool completely.
  • In a bowl add the chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, potatoes, coriander leaves, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt. Mix everything well. At last add cheese if you like. Serve!!
