  • 1/2 cup walnuts (halves; or substitute with pecans or chopped almonds)
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp salt (sea; ground)
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 2 cups chickpeas (cooked)
  • 1/4 tsp ginger (powdered)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (*If you don’t have maple syrup, substitute with honey)
