  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas, (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, (coarsely chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves, (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, (or to taste)
  • Salt to taste
