Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 24 ounces Potato, Broccoli, and Cheddar Veggie Taters™
  • 1 1/2 lbs cooked chicken meat
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese blend
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dry ranch packet
  • 1/2 cup yellow cheddar (freshly grated )

Instruction

  • Cook both boxes of Veggie Taters™ according to the package instructions.
  • As they are cooking, add shredded chicken, soup, sour cream, ranch, and 1 cup of mixed cheese to a large bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Once Veggie Taters™ are done, reduce oven temp to 350 degrees f.
  • Line half the Veggie Taters™ on the bottom of the casserole dish.
  • Add chicken mixture and spread.
  • Top mixture with remaining Veggie Taters™ and grated cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, and serve warm.
