- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Zest from 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional and to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (finely minced)
