Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 2 onions small chopped
  • 5 carrots peeled sliced
  • 450g canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste

Instruction

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the chicken thighs, sprinkle with salt, and then fry on both sides.
  • Add the onions, carrots, celery stalk, tomatoes, pepper and chicken seasoning.
  • Simmer for 35 minutes.
