Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 chicken thighs
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 2 onions small chopped
- 5 carrots peeled sliced
- 450g canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 tsp chicken seasoning
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
Instruction
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Add the chicken thighs, sprinkle with salt, and then fry on both sides.
- Add the onions, carrots, celery stalk, tomatoes, pepper and chicken seasoning.
- Simmer for 35 minutes.
