Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 medium flour tortillas
- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless skinless
- 1½ Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instruction
- Season the chicken thighs with taco seasoning. In a skillet, saute the chicken thighs with oil until fully cooked.
- Cube or slice the cooked chicken thighs. Prepare all the desired toppings for the tacos.
- Heat the flour tortillas.
- Assemble taco. Add lettuce, then chicken and top with desired toppings.
- Serve and enjoy.
