Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 kg (fillets) chicken thighs diced
- 1 tbs oil
- 250 g mushrooms fresh sliced
- 1 onion diced large
- 1 carrot large thinly sliced
- 2 tbs mustard
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 300 g cream
Instruction
- Place oil in a large saucepan, fry onion until soft.
- Add all other ingredients apart from cream and seasoning, mix well and simmer until chicken is cooked.
- Add cream, bring back to boil and thicken with a little cornflour.
- Season to taste.
