Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 kg (fillets) chicken thighs diced
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 250 g mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 1 onion diced large
  • 1 carrot large thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs mustard
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 4 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 300 g cream

Instruction

  • Place oil in a large saucepan, fry onion until soft.
  • Add all other ingredients apart from cream and seasoning, mix well and simmer until chicken is cooked.
  • Add cream, bring back to boil and thicken with a little cornflour.
  • Season to taste.
