Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1 quart ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (or use canned chicken)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp celery, diced fine
  • 2 tbsp scallions, diced fine
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instruction

  • Scoop the insides out tomatoes with a measuring spoon or melon baller. If tomatoes won't stand up, slice just a little bit off the bottom to flatten them out.
  • Mix chicken with the rest of ingredients well.
  • Stuff each tomato with the chicken salad. Refrigerate until use.
