Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 quart ripe cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked chicken (or use canned chicken)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp celery, diced fine
- 2 tbsp scallions, diced fine
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instruction
- Scoop the insides out tomatoes with a measuring spoon or melon baller. If tomatoes won't stand up, slice just a little bit off the bottom to flatten them out.
- Mix chicken with the rest of ingredients well.
- Stuff each tomato with the chicken salad. Refrigerate until use.
