Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 (6-8 oz) chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 8 small wooden skewers soaked in cold water for 15 minutes
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 small cloves garlic - chopped ((might reduce it to 1 clove))
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • 3 cups green cabbage ((shredded))
  • 3 cups purple cabbage ((shredded))
  • 2 medium carrots (, grated)
  • 1/2 small English cucumber (, chopped (optional))
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar ((or more to taste))
  • 1 tsp salt ((or more to taste))
  • chopped parsley ((optional))
