The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 (6-8 oz) chicken breasts cut into cubes
- 8 small wooden skewers soaked in cold water for 15 minutes
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1-2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 small cloves garlic - chopped ((might reduce it to 1 clove))
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 3 cups green cabbage ((shredded))
- 3 cups purple cabbage ((shredded))
- 2 medium carrots (, grated)
- 1/2 small English cucumber (, chopped (optional))
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar ((or more to taste))
- 1 tsp salt ((or more to taste))
- chopped parsley ((optional))
