Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 wooden bamboo skewers
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 4 garlic cloves, squashed
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 chicken thighs, skin off, boned, cut into cubes
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 300g hummus

Instruction

  • <p>Soak skewers in water. Preheat a grill or barbecue.</p> <p>Mix paprika, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. Skewer chicken pieces. Brush with paprika mix and grill until cooked through. They can also be pan-fried.</p> <p>Brush bread lightly with oil from the paprika mix and grill on both sides. Cut in half and serve with the chicken and hummus. A salad of rocket leaves makes a excellent side for this meal.</p>
