  • 1 cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 cup roasted pistachios
  • 2 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
