Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 chicken breast fillet halved skin off
- 2 egg
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tbs unsalted butter
Instruction
- Whisk eggs in a medium bowl until the yolks have broken up.
- Add the garlic, chilli, salt and pepper and whisk again.
- Add the chicken to the egg mix, coat well and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
- Coat the chicken in a thin layer of breadcrumbs.
- Heat a fry pan on medium heat.
- Add enough butter to the pan to cover the base with a thin layer once melted. Heat until slightly bubbling.
- Fry the chicken for two minutes, add extra butter to the pan and turn chicken over. Turn the chicken a few times until golden brown in colour.
